Autotrader House, Gateshead

Circle Red Properties acquired the freehold interest in the iconic Autotrader House site situated on the entrance to the Tyne Bridge in 2004.

The office building comprising over 12,000 sqft has been refurbished and subsequently let to the North East Employment Training Agency (NEETA) by way of a 5 year lease.

Circle Red Properties are currently working closely with Gateshead Council on a development proposal for a high density mixed use scheme on the site
