Former BP Garage, Belle Villas, Ponteland
 

Circle Red Properties acquired the freehold interest in the former BP Garage Belle Villas, Ponteland in 2004 and subsequently secured planning consent in August 2005 from Castle Morpeth Borough Council for a 15,000 sqft mixed use leisure and retail development.

Construction of the scheme commenced in September 2006 with practical completion achieved in July 2007. Sainsbury's were secured as the anchor tenant for the scheme and the restaurant element was also pre-let. The Sainsbury's store opened in November 2007, with the Fratellis restaraunt opening December 2007.
