Longlands Road, Middlesbrough

Circle Red Properties acquired the freehold interest in the former BP Garage at Longlands Road, Middlesbrough in 2006 and in consultation with Middlesbrough Borough Council worked up a planning application for a retail development. Planning permission for the scheme was received in May 2007.

The proposed scheme extends to approximately 6,500 sqft of retail accommodation, with associated car parking facilities. It is anticipated that construction works will begin in summer 2008.
