Circle Red Properties completed the investment sale in 2004 of Charlotte House an imposing listed building situated in the heart of the Grainger Town regeneration area of central Newcastle and refurbished to provide 109 student beds. The property is occupied by UK Student Housing by way of a 15 year lease. The investment was sold to a private investor.
Queen Alexander Road, North Shields.
Circle Red Properties in 2004 acquired the freehold interest the former Peugeot car showroom at Queen Alexandra Road, North Shields. The property comprising 6,640 sqft of showroom space on a 0.43 acre site was subsequently let to Springfield Honda on a 10 year lease at a rent of £60,000 per annum.
