St James' Point, Newcastle upon Tyne

Circle Red Properties in 2006 acquired the freehold interest in the former warehouse building at the junction of Strawberry Place and St James Street in Newcastle city centre.

In June 2007 planning permission was granted for 10,350 sqft (GIA) of Grade A office accommodation.

The scheme will be an exciting development in a rapidly improving area for office development within the city, and work on site is expected to start in summer 2008.
